Galilee Network is a registered charity formed by a group of Christian friends. We are seeking to create an environment in which we can encourage and support one another as we explore our inner journey and in which it is safe to ask difficult questions. In the past we have all been involved in church leadership in one way or another.

Our events are intended to be stimulating to Christians and non-Christians alike and are offered in the hope that they will encourage those attending to move forward on their own spiritual journeys, without seeking to direct how this should happen.

If you find our events helpful and stimulating we are able to offer our own internally organised seminars (e.g. 'Exodus', 'The BIble') to church or non-church groups. If you would like to discuss this further do please contact us.

We are committed to:

  • Supporting those who recognise the value of the spiritual journey.

  • Living life from the inside out and encouraging others to do the same.

  • Exploring our faith in terms people can understand.

  • Making it safe to ask difficult questions.

  • Helping others find their own answers and not imposing our own.

  • Becoming the people God made us to be and helping others to do the same.

While we do not all share the same map or the same set of directions, we honour and respect the journey that each is on and share a core set of beliefs which we have summarised in a short  affirmation, which can be reached by clicking on the following link: An affirmation.

While we hold these beliefs we do so alongside various core values:

  • We are co-equals, all valued and respected equally.

  • We value and accept difference and variety and do not seek to impose our views on one another.

  • We accept that differences of opinion are inevitable and sometimes difficult and we are therefore committed to seeking to resolve conflict peacefully.

  • We avoid hierarchical thinking, labels and titles.

  • We are honest and open

Our events are, therefore, open to anyone, of any age, who is honestly seeking to develop their inner or spiritual life - no one is expected to hold to a particular set of beliefs or belong to a particular religion or take a particular philosophical stance.

If you would like to contact us you can do so via information.
